Question 1

What makes Ningbo Lasting (Loopingfun) a reliable baby gear OEM/ODM manufacturer in China?

Accepted Answer

Ningbo Lasting Children Products Co., Ltd. (brand: Loopingfun) operates a proprietary 9,842 ㎡ manufacturing base in Ningbo, China, independently verified on-site by TÜV Rheinland. Founded in 2013, our 97-person workforce includes dedicated R&D engineers and 6 certified QA/QC inspectors. We maintain a 100% on-time delivery record, a 4.9/5 verified buyer rating with 89% 5-star reviews, and an annual export volume of USD 5.54M across Europe, North America, and South America.

Question 2

Are your child safety car seats certified to the European ECE R129 (i-Size) standard?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Our child car seat product lines fully comply with the latest European ECE R129 i-Size safety regulation, covering Group 0+1+2+3 (from 40 cm to 150 cm, 0-36 kg, newborn to 12 years). Models feature ISOFIX anchors, top tether attachments, 360-degree rotation mechanisms, and advanced side-impact protection (SIP). We also support models certified under ECE R44 and China CCC standards.

Question 3

What are your minimum order quantity (MOQ) and production lead times for custom orders?

Accepted Answer

For custom OEM/ODM production with private label branding, customized fabrics, or branded packaging, our standard MOQ is typically 500 to 1,000 sets per model, with flexible low-MOQ trial order arrangements available for strategic product launches. Rapid functional prototypes and tooling samples are delivered within 3 to 7 business days, while mass production fulfillment typically spans 30 to 45 days after sample approval.

Question 4

What quality assurance and safety testing equipment do you maintain in-house?

Accepted Answer

Our facility operates certified ISO 9001:2015 and BSCI social compliance management systems. Quality control follows a 5-stage inspection protocol: IQC (raw plastic and fabric inspection), IPQC (injection and blow molding tolerances), Assembly Line Testing, FQC (100% functional mechanical checks), and OQC (pre-shipment AQL 1.5/2.5 sampling). We house two specialized in-house testing rigs for dynamic drop testing, structural fatigue cycles, and harness tensile reliability.

Question 5

Can you handle custom mold tooling and multi-category juvenile product consolidation?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We maintain in-house mold tooling and high-precision injection and HDPE blow molding lines. Our 8-step closed-loop engineering process (Requirement, Feasibility, Design, Quotation, Sampling, Testing, Production, Shipment) takes new designs from 3D CAD to physical tooling in 25 to 35 days. Furthermore, our 6-category catalog (strollers, car seats, high chairs, cribs, walkers, scooters) allows global buyers to consolidate diverse juvenile lines in single container shipments.
